Calcium For Weight Loss (http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/releases/142198.php)

I wonder if this is why the FGD and IG seem to sway in some regard... not because the calcium changes the "polarity" of the egg or whatever is claimed by those sources... but maybe, in line with the TW ideas, the high calcium intake does help to sway by enhancing the weight loss?

There is more in this article below as well:

What are your thoughts AS?

Yes, we've talked about this before actually and it's mentioned in the Calcium Conundrum part 2.

I don't totally discount the possibility, but I know of tons of people who GAINED weight on the IG and FGD and dairy foods have tons of fat, protein, nutrients in them that totally counteracts any tiny benefit calcium could possibly bring to the equation in terms of weight loss. Plus, full fat dairy has been shown to raise fertility which is the exact opposite of what we want to do.

I think it's the restrictive nature of the IGD and FGD that is doing the swaying and NOT the calcium. Because we know of several people who didn't do a restrictive diet and simply ate more dairy/took cal/mag supps and had boys, and we also know of people who had IG sway opposites while taking/eating the dairy (even on a restricted diet) and then turned around on this site and cut out the cal-mag and got girls.
