Anybody following the Football European Championship? Growing up with two brothers I think I became a little tomboy.

My husband and my 4-year old son are wearing the german fan t-shirts already. As they went groccery shopping today, my son had the flag painted on his cheeks (so cute!).

So now we are getting ready for our first game!

Good luck tonight! We just watched netherlands-denmark with our orange t- shirts on. This is the first time we're letting the boys watch the games and it was so fun to see them excited about it! Ds2 wouldn't stop running around and imitating when players fall and ds1 was cheering and singing soccer songs all the time. Too bad we lost, now ds1 is in a BAD mood lol

Yeah, we won! But it was a tough game. So Indira, we are in the same group (the most difficult of all). So we meet next Wednesday:)

I hope not, 2008 we lost in the final and 2010 in the half final to Spain! Which country are you rooting for?:D

The cause of much recent rivalry in our household!
DH is from England, I am from Sweden. So the England Sweden match was almost grounds for divorce! LOL

Thank you! Swedish boys did well but are going home, they had to win the Sweden England match to stay in the comp :(
Still at least they are going home with heads held reasonably high.
And the England win means dh is in a great mood :)

To win against France is great, good job! Good luck for the game against Italy, this is a tough one. Germany is playing against Greece on Friday. Everbody is expecting that we win, but it is hard to play a team, which is constantly defending and hardly attacks.

Good Luck!!!

DH has promised himself (well, us) a brand new TV if england progress to the next round! We don't need a new tv, but ours *is* 9 years old, and he has been looking for an excuse to buy a new one for ages LOL

So I hope you will get the new TV! :fx: So you are Swedish and English and living in Australia? That is interesting!
