I'm leaning girl because of the 2 long parallel lines under that stronger line, but I don't know what that top more angled line is, so I'm thinking boy isn't ruled out. Edit - I'm talking about the top pic, can't see anything on the layer one.

Sorry - not much help! Frustrating isn't it - I was so hoping for a clear shot to help with the wait! Hopefully the more experienced guessers will come and help!
