Do you recommend an amnio for a 35 yr old who is pregnant with a GSN tested embryo?

Thanks!Not routinely. I would suggest that you have the non-invasive testing (blood and ultrasound) and then go from there. The odds that you are given are going to be less by a factor of 1/100 to 1/1000 of what the calculated risk is.
