Eating less sugar and fat, losing weight, fiber supplements (another benefit to those lindi!!), and flaxseed may lower estrogen. But flaxseed does sway blue.

Vitex lowers estrogen.

DIM might lower estrogen and testosterone but that is a new supplement and not a lot is known about it. It's made of broccoli and very healthy (prob. sways blue)http://www.antiaging-systems.com/PRG-80/dim-pro-estrogen-blocker.htm That link is to a DIM with Vitex already in it.

I think raising progesterone will help balance the estrogen- they oppose each other and balance each other. B6 will help progesterone levels, so indirectly it should help lower estrogen. and P.S the fiber is FANTASTIC and I really think it should be added to the classic girl sway just because I am eating SO little normal fiber and I'm still ultra-regular.
