Is Active Dried Yeast ok for Potassium Drink?

I can't seem to find yeast flakes or brewers yeast anywhere :( is active dried yeast ok? How much do I use?

No, it needs to be either brewer's yeast or nutritional yeast flakes. It's ok if you can't find them, just drink the V-8 juice, it's still great for you!!
