wonky cycles question

i am so confused. about 2.5 weeks ago, opk was positive at 730 am. 8 am next day, had spotting and dark brownish spotting all week. i always start af 2 weeks +1 day after opk....but no AF! but pregnancy tests are negative!! is it the diet?
also, about 1 week ago i had more brown cm and ive had tons of ewcm for about a week...
sorry on the tmi, i dont know what is going on

People's cycles def. get weird on diet and supps but I'm not sure what's going on with you. My suspicion is, if you haven't gotten AF yet, you didn't ovulate when you think you did. You can have a pos OPK and not ovulate.

The spotting can be caused by aspirin, cranberry, and saw palmetto - are you taking any of these?

i think i might be pregnant, and i've only been doing diet about 3 weeks, agh! then again, maybe if it is enough to mess with my cycles i am doing something..
will keep everyone updated. praying for healthy baby, blue or pink.
