Update on me....

Just wanted to pop in real quick. I had a scan at a little over 14 weeks (about a month ago) and the baby is most def. a boy. I really didn't want to post pics and go through the whole 'potty shots aren't accurate' debate and let my emotions swing, as the baby has a ginormous penis :)

I'm doing just fine. Feeling so at peace that I did sway, and although it 'failed', I know this little is meant to be and I did all I could in my power. I cried hysterically for a few hours, but haven't since then. Not feeling sad at all. I actually think my GD was worse w/ DS3 than this one.

We'll def. be going for #5 and I'll def. sway again. I still believe is does put the odds in our favor.

I was thinking about you today! Just hoping you were doing well with your pregnancy and missing your wittiness.
You have an awesome attitude and honestly, you're a model for all of us.
I know that little babe you're carrying couldn't possibly be loved any more than he will be.
I'm doing my best to shake up the dice, but I know there are no guarantees...your post is a reminder that you do what you can and the rest is in someone else's hands.

I am pg too (early days) desparately hoping for pink, but almost 100% sure its a boy - so i hope that i can have your positive outlook when the time comes. It sounds like any baby (boy or girl) is lucky to be born into your family x

Thanks girls! This baby is going to have an amazing dad, a pretty bad-ass mom, three big brothers that will adore him and the love of a Lord that is gracious and sees no gender. We are very blessed.

Not sure if any of you are on my FB or see my blog, but this u/s was SECRET...not even DH knows, so shhhh.

I'll def. stick around. I feel more at peace now to be able to comment and analyze nubs and u/s pics...before, it just made me stare at mine and try to think 'is there a chance'--ya know?

Congrats KYBO, he will be one very much loved litte BOY. I too am same as you and expecting our 4th BOY after a failed sway. I too cried alittle when i found out but i too feel at peace now. He will be loved so so much and he sure deserves to be part of our family with what we put in his way :)

I love your positivity about swaying again, i wish i was like that but for me at the moment its either HT in the future or not trying at all.

so good to hear from you!!! I too, like everyone said, has found what you said so admirable! This little dude was just custom made for you by God....congratulations!!! I do believe that swaying does help 'tip the odds' but I'm one of those fatalist who believe that some things are just meant to be and happen anyway! So he was obviously meant and destined to be yours!! For what it's worth, if we decide to have a 4th, I will be swaying again too! Have a healthy and happy preg. and stay in touch...you are so funny and geninuely warm, that I miss your posts!
