I didn't know if these things had been discussed, or if they even affect swaying/fertility at all.
Long cycles. Is there any evidence that a long cycle has any affect?
IUD. I read in another post that copper IUD raises ph. DS2 was conceived immediately after my paraguard was removed. It had dislodged during my period and I did not have another period before conceiving.

1)Depends on why you have a long cycle. If it's because of PCOS, it will sway blue. If your cycle has gotten longer due to diet, it will sway pink.

2)That was a post in Ingender based on an article written in 1983. Article says copper IUD *raises* ph?!? - In-Gender.com (http://www.in-gender.com/cs/forums/p/214956/2051487.aspx) Even if true, I would not chalk your baby's gender up to your IUD - there are dozens if not hundreds of things that affect gender ratio and it's highly unlikely it ever comes down to one thing. We've had too many pH opposites for me to even remotely believe that it's JUST pH. There's too much evidence to the contrary.

Thanks :)
No pcos. I just have long cycles. They were all over the place for a while because of my adrenal fatigue. Since treating that I'm at an average of 41 days. The past yr ive eaten very little beef because DH wasn't here to cook it lol. Very much produce, grains and poultry. My cycles have regulated in that time to where they are now.
