We are not going to be TTC until after our wedding in October but I am trying to get a head start on our diets. My fiance drinks a lot of protein shakes, the kind from GNC for muscle builders. I don't really keep track but he probably drinks 2-3 a day. We are going to be swaying for a girl. I saw on one of the threads that protein should be avoided for girl swaying. Is that only for me or would that mean for him too?? I really don't know if I can get him to give up the protein shakes! :nails:

Limiting protein is for YOU not him.

GREAT!!! That is such a relief!! What about working out for him? He likes to lift weights, will that sway boy?

It ~can~ but if you have him wear tight fitting undies while he does, it can actually help sway pink.
