Confused...Nub or not?!

I thought it really looked like a nub but i've been told its not and could be a leg?

I'm pretty sure that's the nub, but the picture is pretty grainy, so I'm not sure we're seeing the angle correctly. Sorry, I can't manage a guess. Maybe someone else can. It would help if you put all of your ultrasound pictures in one thread for comparison, though.
