I have noticed that a fair amount of successful sways on here (congratulation ladies) have been on the LE/HE diet for at least a couple of months if not longer. So my question is this: are there many ladies on here who have gotten successful results from swaying without being on the diet for long or at all as I have only found it in the last few weeks.

I'm not sure we have enough info to say for sure. It really depends on how much weight you have to lose. If you weight 85 lbs, you shouldn't be on the diet for TOO long because you may lose too much and risk ovulation. If you have a lot to lose, it's best to stay on the diet for a while and get a good chunk of the weight off before because just losing a couple pounds may not be enough to alter hormone levels.

Thanks AS that was what I was worried about. I put on a good amount of weight between my two pregnancies and comfort eating after my two miscarriages so I have a lot to lose and was going really well having lost 56lbs between Nov2011 and Feb2012 when I found out I was pregnant but in the 8 weeks following my miscarriage I put on about 24lbs of it in pure comfort eating and only managed to lose 7lbs the week before ovulation. AF is now late and I haven't tested yet but reckon my silly comfort eating has probably swayed blue If I am pregnant and all because I disn't know enough about all this at the time.

you never know tho Lucky - it may have been just what you needed to do to get pg. People can and do get girls after gaining weight, all is not lost. Losing 7 lbs is great! I only lost 3.

KFX for the best possible result, whatever that may be!!

AS thank you as usual. You always know the right and kind thing to say. You are one in a million.

Got my BFP today so here is hoping it is a sticky bean this time and maybe we will be really lucky and get our little girl as well.
