DIET:
I did my fitness pal set at 1200 cals per day, and we both decreased our red meat, and increased our dairy consumption. Also reduced our salt intake.
CAFFEINE:
DH: none
Me: none
EXERCISE:
DH: none
Me: kettlebells 2x a week, and bootcamp 1 hour a week.
POTIONS & PILLS:
DH and I - solaray calcium citrate with vit d and magnesium tablets - 1 each per day
Sylk personal lubricant - applied to DH, and I before the act commenced ;)
DH 1 pharma nord bio selenium plus zinc tablet per day
Me - 1600 mg folic acid
DH and I - 1 seven seas cranberry forte tablet - me only up to ovulation
LOWERING SPERM COUNT/TIMING
We were using cbfm and starting trying on my first high day - day 8. It never peaked, and we had sex or he released every day up to day 18 when we gave up! So we dtd through ov.
Jump and dump: No
EWCM present/how much?:
1 day of ewcm but barely present.
DH undies type – short boxers
DH hot bath/shower - no
OWT - anything under bed? – pink babygro

We found out yesterday we're having a gorgeous girl, ands aw those telltale 3 lines. We are over the moon. There are no girls on DH's side of the family, so I'm so glad we swayed!
