Quick help! When to bd tonight or tomorrow?!

So dh is going to be in town tonight but leaving tomorrow and won't be back for 3 days. I've been doing the diet, peppermint tea, i know ive lost a pound or two, am running a 4-4.5 and just got a +opk. Should I bd tonight and tomorrow? Or just tomorrow??! I just turned 35 btw and dh is 40 though has high t if that helps you advise me! Help!!
