I have read this ALL over, they have a ph of 12 and once they get into your body they turn alkaline. Im sure they wont affect everyones PH but me and a few others they have. My ph had been a 4.5 all I did was take some liquid calcium citrate within 2 hours my ph was a 6.5! I tried it several times. Just a warning!

I think it all depends on what you believe the most important part of swaying really is. If you think calcium/magnesium are really important, it may be worth elevating the pH in order to take it. If you think pH is more important, you may want to avoid cal/mag if it raises your pH.

Atomic, what do you think? I do know that calcium/mag is VERY imporant in TTC girls, there was just a recent study about it. What I am concerned about is that I am gaining weight!!! and I believe its from all th is milk ,keifer and yogurt that I have been eating.

I"m not sold on either quite honestly. (This is a little different style of swaying than the traditional.) I think low sperm count, low testosterone, low protein/low fat/low calorie/low nutrient diet, and drying up CM are the best ways to sway pink.

I tend to think that pH works but it's because it lowers sperm count and is a sign that your CM is drier and less than it was, and not because it affects sperm differently.

If you're gaining weight, that is the danger zone. That in and of itself makes me think you should cut back on dairy. Calcium fortified rice milk has less protein, less sodium, no saturated fat and cholesterol (which is what your body uses to make testosterone), and is acidic too. I know it's scary to consider but I wonder what would happen if you stopped drinking so much dairy and switched to the rice milk instead?? You'd still be getting the calcium, without the sodium, protein, and sat. fat and cholesterol in the milk.

mm. when I was 10 I was told I had high cholesterol. That despite being very active and eating very healthy.

Interesting! All these little pieces of the puzzle do add up, don't they?
