Did you get flu symptoms?

Hi all
I'm 14dpo and pg have got the most awful flu like symptoms ear ache, head ache, aching all over very tired but can't sleep! Sore throat etc so worried about taking any medication but am getting tempted cause feel so ill!!
Have you have flu like symptoms when you fell pg or is this not pg related at all??

Your immune system can drop when you're pg, so you may have just caught a bug. I hope you feel better soon!
