So we aren't really going to start our official sway attempt until Dec but trying to figure everything out before hand. I was going to get the phion testing strips to check my ph and see how supplements food etc affect it. But when it comes to actual sway time is it better to use the strips or not. I might be stressing about getting my ph lower which raises testrarone...which is more important?

Put the strips away! ;) I'm using Rephresh every 3 days after AF until the day before my attempt. I have confidence if ph even matters (which who even knows if it does) that it will be working for me anyway. :)
Good luck!!

I bought strips and can honestly say they are a complete waste of time and half the time didnt really work and ust led to me stressing.... Buy rephresh instead and use it every 3 days to keep PH low and then you dont need to do any testing / worrying or anything

Ok sounds good to me. Has anyone gotten a yeast infection as a result of using rephrese? I'm prone to them so hoping i can still use it

I didn't, but Rephresh does feel strange the first time you use it, so FYI. It's very clumpy and feels....odd. But that's totally normal, so I wouldn't wnat that to happen and you to worry.
I completely agree that checking ph is a waste and it just gets you all upset about something that prob. does not even sway! Plus, you may have low ionic strength to which test strips won't work /change for you (mine is that way) so I wasted 15 bucks on something that did not even give me a result!

Same thing happened to me with the strips...they stopped working. And I bought the Hannah meter, but it was so difficult to use, I'm sure I was doing myself more harm than good raising testosterone levels vs. lowering ph (which isn't even a proven thing anyway).

I conceived a boy with pH of 4.5 and so when I swayed a second time I did not check pH and got a girl! The testosterone is WAY WAY WAY more important than pH and most of what you do for swaying, controls pH without you even having to test.

The RepHresh may actually help control YI. you will get some weird discharge esp. at first, but that's normal.
