I feel like vitex is preventing me from getting pregnant. I have done a little research on soy and think this is something I should try. I will not be trying this cycle I am gonna wait til next months cycle. Should I start my soy now and just use protection or should I start it the same month I am trying to conceive? Any other things I Know?

I have heard that vitex can act as a birth control method for some... I don't know much about what soy does, but good luck!! :)

No, you only take soy for 5 days out of your cycle anyway so you should not start it now, it will wreak havoc with your fertility (if you take it all the time, soy can act as a birth control method too!) Only take it the month you're going to TTC and only take it for 5 days that cycle.
The directions on how and when to take the soy is found here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-discussion-ttc-boy-girl-home-swaying-info/1881-super-soy-girl-boy.html
