So I had a miscarriage July 10th.I've been off the diet, gained a few pounds and not really doing anything to sway other than taking vitex.I'm CD 12 and just gotten my + OPK,I really want to be pregnant but also want my DD.we BD last night not knowing obviously that I would have a + OZpK today so already a (chance ) of pregnancy I suppose.in your honest opinions will the vitex and miscarriage sway enough for me.it had taken me I think 6+ months of LE diet and 10 cycles to get my BFP I really don't want to go through another 10 months maybe of TTC.I'm thinking maybe take antihistamine and a little smidge of rephresh and attempt today and tomorrow.I'm still only weighing between 116-117 pounds and 5 ft 7 so still very lean and my lowest conception weight out of 6 pregnancys arghhhh what to do what to do.all input will be appreciated :) !!

Im sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I think you should go for it this month, at your size and with the miscarriage I think that is a pretty good sway itself. And like you said you don't want to waste a month when it took a while to get pregnant.

Good luck

If you don't mind me asking how many weeks were you when you miscarried? How long had you been off the diet I don't think your nutrients would have been able to be replenished after so long on the diet to start with.

I guess it depends how badly you want to get pregnant this cycle. Do you have any CM? Maybe you could take anantihistamine if you have CM. Please don't just take my advice though, I haven't been doing this for long. I think you should go with your gut, and hopefully Atomic or someone else experienced will answer.

If your CM seems low or non-existant, I would skip the rephresh.

I completely agree with this...that is what I did because I had zero CM- didn't even know I was Ovulating. So i skipped the Rephresh and took 1/2 zyrtec and got BFP that month

Thanks ladies I will leave the rephresh alone then.imy CM is creamy/watery and I never get EWCM that I'm aware of.ive taken a Zyrtec and will attempt today and possibly tomorrow too.im just not liking the fact I've gained weight and been off the diet for 5 + weeks (worrying) but after my miscarriage I want to be pregnant, but with a DD of course ahhhhh well what will be will be now.thanks for the advice I really appreciate it.

I did do the LE diet...honestly didn't lose that much weight, didn't have much to lose. I gave up exercising too.
Then I had a chemical preg. and I am hoping that helped the sway...I think sometimes miscarriages can sway pink!
