Hi Everyone-

So I am 10 DPO I think, I had a positive OPK on 2 Sundays ago. End of last week I started experiencing cramping, mild, but cramping. It seemed to begin on Wednesday then Friday I had twinges on my right side with low abdomenal cramping. I was reading everything as very positive, right?? Well then this afternoon I have had some spotting, at first just when I wiped, but then I saw it on underwear as brownish spotting & even a little mushy not liquidy (sorry). I took Vitex and SP this cycle and delayed O by a week, would that cause my period to be delayed too, or will my period come on its anticipated date - which is today?? So wish my body gave readable answers

I don't know but the Vitex and SP definitely made my cycles less predictable. The hard part is that early pregnancy signs can also be signs that AF is on the way. Good luck.

If your o date is a week late, the your af is a week late to.
Mostly AF will start 13, 14 or 15 days after the day of o.

Thanks Wilma Five! Then I have no idea why I am spotting right now, and it's streaky more than spotting. I will take pregnancy test tomorrow or Friday to see, tried today and still negative. I have also had headaches, which I usually do not have...Maybe this is implantation, who knows...

Could be implantation spotting or just a wacky cycle because of the supps.

Must've been wacky cycle because AF has arrived - ERR!! And I was reading all sorts of signs and even had horrible headaches, weird cramping - ODD! Here's to another month :(

I'm sorry :(
It's most likely because of the supps..... The headaches, the cramping, the spotting.......
Well, next month you know you cannot trust this signs!

Your period will only be delayed in the sense that it will come 14 days or so after you ovulate. It won't come "late" in the sense that it will be an unusual length of time after ovulation, but only late in that you ovulated late so naturally then you will get AF later as a result.
