I saw a friend of a friends profile and she has a picture on it seems she is having #4 and has 3 girls already. I will be jealous but what do you thing this is boy or girl?

Took picture out being I just realized what a small world.

Now when I look at the picture, is this just a head and part of the body? The family has 1 girl, then a set of twin girls.

No, NOT me. This is a sonogram of a person I know's friend that also has 3 girls like me and is having a 4th.
