Hi girls just to say Im a mum to 3 boys and have NEVER in my life exercised or lifted weights or anything even remotely like that - Im naturally very slim and the most exercise i do is walking upstairs to bed - I sat at a computer screen 10 hours a day then went home ate, watched tele and slept. Ive never played sport or been physically active so I really am not sure that all this muscle thing is that important. I definately think DIET is the most important thing but if the exercise makes you feel better thats great but for those that dont do it please dont feel bad. xxx Good luck to you all. xxxx

You may naturally have more muscle mass than others do. I didn't exercise with my first son or my 4th, but I still had muscle mass. I really do think the best evidence indicates that lifting weights is great for blue. I'm glad you chimed in to share your experience - I just don't want anyone to use it as an excuse not to exercise for blue because I really do feel it's the best way to TTC a boy.

Ha ha Atmoic you havent seen my body - there is not a single muscle on me everything is loose but i get what you mean about just not seeing it - apparently im a lot fitter than i think i am too as i have never run in my life then started 2 weeks before race for life - and completed a 3 mile race after just 2 weeks training and came 29th from 2000 people so maybe im just naturally fit without noticing it or doing anything about it.

29th from 2000 is fantastic! You see your naturally boy material lol, I would probably have been around 500th! Its the boobs! They knock me sidewards with everystep lol
How we all doing? I've had some real sweety and crap white bread binge days, not good for me. I have to get a little more focused again, I'm wondering if it may be a sign of af??

Actually, to put it bluntly, terrible! Never in my life have I been so exhausted. I have no energy at all. Hopefully in a few weeks it will ease up a bit and I can enjoy being pregnant more!
How are you?

I'm doing alright, it seems like this pregnancy is dragging. I know what you mean about the exhaustion, the first 12 weeks were brutal for me I would fall alseep sitting up at work I was so tired, I was never that tired during my first two pregnancies.
Hopefully in a couple weeks it gets better for you. Will you be finding out what you are having?

Well I tested this morning, I couldn't wait any longer but it was negative 10DPO so nothing left to do but to make note of these symptoms so I don't get carried away when we do start TTC.

Got AF this morning and I am OK about it (It was a long shot anyway). It means that in Sept/Oct we can start TTC properly. More attempts at the right time and pre-seed and fingers crossed the triathalon and bike race (less then two weeks apart from each other) won't damage DH's swimmers to much.
I will be away from DH for 10 days starting on CD8 this month so Aug is out.

Hi All,
ON CD 4 of my second back since pp. First cycle was 32 days so hopefully this one is that or a bit shorter. I don;t think I ovulated though because my cm didn't coincide with temps. Plus I only had 8 high temps before AF, but that could have been short luteal phase. I had consistent cm the whole time though, never tried up and never really ewcm, but I don;t always get that anyway.
Anyone else have cm their whole cycle and ovulate?

August 22nd, 2012, 04:52 PM
I had tons of cm after I started taking fish oil. It got way worse around ovulation but I had lots the whole month through.

August 27th, 2012, 04:34 AM
Hi n710,
Since I started with the fish oil and EPO I have loads of CM all cycle. My first cycle off the pill I didn't have any EWCM but had a lot of CM all cycle. the past two cycles I still have a lot of CM all cycle long but am also getting lots of EWCM for 3 days. I am pretty sure that I ovulated 1st and 3rd cycles due to middlesmertz but I have never temp'ed
How are you TTC5. are you counting down the days yet.
I am back in the game for this month again after a supprise visit from DH while I was away last week. DTD twice on the day B4 and the day of ovulation. No preseed as I hadn't packed it but as I said above I had loads of EWCM. So hopefully DH's swimmers were in full working order after his Triathalon

Thanks Dloui,
I couldn't belive it when DH pulled into the drive of the country house where I was spending 10 days with friends on the weekend I was due to ovulate. I hadn't told him and he wouldn't have a clue where I am in my cycle so if I get my BFP I will really feel that it was meant to be.

I will be on Hols when AF is due, so I probably won't test until we are home on the 15th. I didn't get a BFP with DD until a few days after AF was due. I still will be packing the tampax but I will also be staying away from the pool side cocktails.
Last month I just felt like I was pregnant right from the off but I wasn't. This month I just feel like normal, Like I wasn't even TTC and I am happy to wait and see.

Hi Ladies, I have mostly been a lurker for the past months, but wanted to share that I got my BFP a week and a half ago, and am now 5 weeks pregnant. I am praying all continues well as I have previously had some early miscarriages. I am so excited, though, and can't wait for that ultrasound in Dec. :running:

August 31st, 2012, 09:35 PM
Yes, I guess it would be what you all might call a "light sway"....diet, pre-seed, position, and a few other minor details... a lot about this attempt was different than when I conceived all three of my girls, so I guess we'll see. A part of me thinks, yeah...this'll be a boy and then I think, another girl. We will honestly be happy either way but my husband sure could use some back up....this estrogen party has been full speed ahead for the past 6 1/2 years!

Hola blue crew - I haven't been on the site for sometime..
My story - I was planning my sway and realized i missed my period. It was a very light sway as we were not really ready to give our best yet but i got pregnant. I was very relieved at the same time as i didnt have to obsess over the whole process...but i misscarried at 8weeks. An ultra sound revealed sac but no heart beat. I was devastated to hear the news and could not get myself to even think about swaying any more. I probably will not be TTC for another few months anyways...
I just popped in to say HI and ....good luck to all who is trying in August.
TTC5- can't wait to see your little blue bundle..

Congrats on your BFP 3girls - I agree with 3P1B that diet is most important. DH and I had what I'd consider a light sway and we found out this week we're having a little boy. FX for a healthy blue bean!
