Quick advice on compressed FR and Rephresh for tonight, please!

Finally my first real TTC attempt tonight after my first PPAF! Cycle Day 32 and finally had a pos OPK last night. I do them twice a day so get a fade-in and out, and I usually have 3 days of pos OPKs. anyhow, were going to do a hurry-up compressed FR, but DH is really not into it. So I did get him to release in the shower before work today, and we plan on BDing after the kids go to sleep tonight. I know we are supposed to BD sooner than that, but is that good enough? the last time we BDd was 3 days ago. Dh is taking cranberry, licorice and Ca, and he's 37. I am lazy swaying, I guess you can say, as I am not totally strict on the diet, but I have cut out meat since March, no cereal like I usually do, and have been taking Vitex and recently Cranberry, and Claritin. I usually have tons and tons of EWCM, and I definitely have less, but probably a lot more than I am supposed to. I have EWCM that stretches more than 6 inches and I do feel it falling out today. Because of that, I was only going to do the one attempt tonight. I used 1/2 Rephresh yesterday. Because I do have a lot of EWCM still, should I use the other 1/2 of Rephresh after the attempt? Any other advice welcome, thanks!

It may be too late for Zyrtec, but what about Benadryl? I think that help dry cm up. Hopefully I'm giving you the right info. I'm sure someone with more experience will chime in. Good luck.

I am pretty sure there is no point in using the rephresh after the deed is done ph needs to be low before hand once you have dtd the sperm are past that point within like 5 min

I think that's fine. THe frequency is NOT make or break, it's just something that may help a bit. I don't know if it's safe to mix Claritin and Benadryl or Zyrtec, so I'm not sure if you should do that unless a pharmacist or doctor says it's ok. (doctors and pharmacists confirmed to me that Benadryl and Zyrtec are safe together but I don't know about any other antihistamines.)

Don't use any RepHresh after attempt, all it does is kill sperm.

Thanks no worries! But I am panicking a little because we have not successfully Bd since my first pos OPKs. My DH couldn't finish off 3 attempts with me after that release in the AM yesterday. I really think O is today or tomorrow and the licorice and the pressure is getting to him. I hope we can get 1 or 2 good tries in tonight and tomorrow. So sad if we miss a month. I guess I will stop the licorice for him if we miss the egg this month.

I'd drop frequency before LR - I think LR sways all on its own and frequency may not do much.
