Refresh after attempt

Just working out the details of my plan. Will be trying in a few days

Anyone doing a half app of refresh after attempt?

Also doing J & D and SEM. Dh release just before attempt. And make one attempt at first + opk.

* Also using full app refresh every 3 days and 1/2 app 8-12 hours before attempt.

* Benedril around O time and attempt

( true LE diet only for a week and a half so wanna be conservative with everything else). My hurry up and sway/Laaazy plan for the next few months ;)

I really, really urge that you don't use anything after the attempt. You're doing PLENTY as it is. If you really don't want to get pg then use a reliable method of birth control. The RepHresh won't do a thing other than kill sperm and if you wait 5-10 minutes before using it, there's no point because regardless of what they say on IG, the sperm flee the scene as quick as they can and are shortly out of reach of the effects of RepHresh. Even if it only takes you a minute to insert the RepHresh the sperm will be up inside the cervix anyway.

Doing plenty to sway as it is :). Will be making my second attempt very soon. Just gonna do j and d and SEM only. 1/2 benedril hour or so ish before attempt and the other 1/2 after. TMI but I have so much Ewcm! As usual. Got my + opk late this afternoon so that's why. Funny thing is my ph is still staying steady around 5.0. Yay refresh! :-)

Almost forgot...I did 1/2 refresh this morning. Must be why pH is staying steady. It really does stay around 4.5/5.0 no matter what it comes into contact with. Incredible!

I too love Rephresh! That stuff is great :) Question for you though-what does SEM mean?

Oh I wrote the initials wrong! Not SEM I meant SET. Semen emitting technique. I did that for a few min after I Did J and D ( used the bathroom) then wiped it all away best I could. Kinda gentle with that part though. At the very least, I reduced sperm count for sure.

Yeah love RepHresh!!! Can't believe how well it worked. Amazing stuff. It literally combines with everything it comes into contact to and returns ph to 4.4-5.0. Mine stayed steady at 4.7 for the most part and didn't have much Ewcm at all. Usually I have tons of the stuff. I guess the benedril helped too

Hey Atomic!!! I'm trying to sway girl and was curious about using refresh after a second vr. The doctor who preformed the second procedure has the highest success rate in our state and said my husbands case will be like it was the first vr he ever had and to expect a 98% success rate... and 2/3 pregnancy rate. That being said I was wondering if using refresh to sway girl would be a good idea with it being a vr and was wondering if I should also test my ph first before our first attempt since vr. My first two boys were conceived on first try so I hope (but never know) we are able to conviece very quickly. Thank you so much in advance!!!! Have been researching rephresh a lot and wanting anyone who knew about refresh advice. Sorry I know it's an old post.

The results with repHresh (since this is an old thread actually) have subsequently shown it's not helping.

I would leave all the jellies out with a VR. The results have shown that they are not doing anything at all and they really do cut odds of conception considerably! (some people literally cannot get pregnant while doing them, evne using them 24 hours before!!)
