its called ezekial 4:9 sprouted grain bread here are the ingredients:org sprouted 100% whole wheat, filtered water, org sprouted barley, org sprouted millet, org malted barley, org sprouted lentils, org sprouted soybeans, org sporouted spelt, fresh yeast, org wheat gluten(if this is not okay I found a lower sodium like 75 mg sodium, and it is a white bread)

0 cholesterol
0 sodium
potassium 75mg
total carbohydrates 15g
dietary fiber 3g
protein 4g

I would stick with white bread. ( This is one of the few times in life I can indulge in crappy white bread and not feel guilty! )There is unnecessary protein in that bread, and too many nutrients from all the different grains. I usually love lentils, but they increase testosterone so I've cut them out. The positive side if you really like that bread is that sprouted grains are high in B6 (good for progesterone), and folate. They also help keep blood sugar low. But the nutrient density of sprouted grains is much greater than processed in general, Atomic suggests we are trying to make our bodies feel deprived so they don't think times are good enough for a boy.

I would just stick with white too.

Okay I did find some low sodium bread before....maybe I will eat my whole grain bread occasionally in the 2ww, as it was expensive! And eat my white bread around O time

I agree, I would stay away from Ezekiel bread. Too high in protein.
