I think it could help a sway. I know someone that was on it and had a girl after 2 boys. Now I would much rather do the LE diet because I know more people that have gotten girls from it. But Losing weight in general does sway girl.

I don't think I'd be able to do the le diet, I'm going to try though with things like trying to miss breakfast keep blood sugar low etc dunno how long I'll last!

It can help sway pink because whenever you're lowering your caloric and fat intake, it helps to sway pink.

The LE Diet is meant to be quite easy to stick to. People have a misconception that Low Everything means starvation or something but it doesn't. LE Diet is totally safe and in line with the recommendations of reproductive endocrinologists for safe weight loss while TTC and also has the same protein recommendations as the WHO for adequate protein intake for women of childbearing age.
The prob. with WW and some of the other diets is that they can be very high in protein which is not what you want for pink.

I have been a WW member for the past 15 years and I have 6 boys!! And I always fell pregnant when I reached my goal weight, so maybe the lowering cal intake does'nt work for me!!!

I got pregnant twice while doing Slimming World but two friends who also got pregnant on the plan had girls. It depends what you eat and when you eat it and most diet plans (including SW and Weight Watchers) give you some freedom with that!

There are no magic bullets, unfortunately. :/ Wish there were!!
I do think it helps, even when it doesn't work for everyone 100% of the time...some people smoke their whole lives and never get cancer, it's just that smoking overall does tend to cause cancer more often than not smoking.

I was just curious I was doing the LE diet then had 2 m/cs and then I quit the LE diet because I wanted to wait awhile before I conceived I started WW because it seemed easier for me with more food I liked to eat and I got a surprised pregnancy that ended at 11 weeks again but made me wonder if I did carry it what were chances of a girl lol and I plan to do WW till dec and then jan start the LE diet again to try to conceive in march But also wonder if another surprise happens what are my chances lol

Makes sense to me!
If you get concerned about miscarriage on LE Diet, increase folic acid to 2000 mcg a day, and add in 18 mg iron every other day, 8-15 mg zinc 2-3 times a week, and be sure you're getting enough potassium and sodium (and use iodized salt if you can.)
