So, I have both the expensive clearblue easy fertility monitor (the one that tells you your "low, "high" and "peak" day and I also used the smiley face ovulation tests. I was on clomid (I was considering an ericcson attempt but changed my mind at the last minute). I have been testing every morning with the expensive monitor and have been on "high" fertility all week - no peak though. Last night, I used the smily test and I have a positive (smiley!). This morning, it was negative (and the expensive monitor was also only on high, not peak).

Does this mean I ovulated very quickly? If I was not testing at night, I never would have caught it on a test! Is that rare? I DTD Thursday night (about 20 hours before the positive). I have been swaying hard girl - lime tampons, diet, cranberry/asprin, replens, rephresh, acijel, etc. My pH was very low yesterday (at one point it was too low at around 3). I hope I have some spermies left up there!

Any thoughts are appreciated!

Also, since I am now negative, can I stop worrying about PH and taking antihistamines?

No, it just means that you just caught the surge in your urine for a short time. All the OPK do is detect a certain concentration of hormone in your urine and the concentration in your urine doesn't even necessarily correlate to the amount of hormone in your body.

I would seriously doubt you got pg this month with all that going on but I hope you get lucky!

After pos OPK, you can stop using jellies and DEF. stop taking antihistamines!!
