Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was very strict on calories, as I wanted to get pregnant quickly so knew that I wouldn't be on the diet for long. I lost 8lbs in 3-4 weeks.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
3-4 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No

DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
When ttc my boys I started talking prenatal vitamins, I cut out alcohol and caffeine. This time I only took folic acid and I kept drinking caffeinated tea and coffee as normal.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I drank diet cola while on the LE diet which I don't normal drink, I normally hardly ever have fizzy drinks.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
20, it was 22 before I started the LE diet.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I kept exercise to an everyday minimum (walking the dog, playing with the kids)
