So I have read all over here that the diet can really dry up you CM well I have been on the LE diet since mid july. And I still have a decent amount of CM. Does it just not work for me? I was really hoping I would see a huge change.

Are you taking any supplements at all? I noticed a difference in cm after taking supplements for only 2 weeks! I guess everyone is different though. I take cranberry, folic acid, cal&mag!

I started the diet in May and by July I had no CM....but it took all that time. Are you taking zyrtec? That really helps too. Also, atomic always says that sometimes it is the change in CM that sways so just b/c it doesn't go away, doesn't mean the diet isn't working and it will still sway pink.

Hi i still have tone os Cm and been doing diet about 3-4 weeks now but apparently just because i still have lots doesnt mean it is the same - it can be un seeable changes so the cm i do have is more girl friendly than it was before and im hoping the longer im on the diet the less ill see and if not im just going to keep fingers crossed the changes are there :-)

The only supps I am taking at Folic Acid, Vitex (AF-0) and Baby Aspirin. I plan on using Zyertec when we actually do our attempt. Maybe along with Benadyrl. Our 1st attempt will be in September but I am fixing to O anyday now and noticed some CM.

Cranberry really dried me up. The only Cm I had was when i ovulated.

Thats about the only time I have CM is when I ovulate. I am due to ovulate tomorrow, and today is when I noticed the CM. I took zyertec to see how that helps me out.

Some people see big changes, some people don't. But even if you don't see visible changes, doesn't mean that there aren't still things going on in your CM that you can't see that are swaying for you.

It is 100% normal to have CM at ovulation and in fact, you need at least some CM in order to get pg with a baby at all.

If I was not getting CM until the day before O I would be thrilled!! Some of the boy moms start getting EWCM a week in advance of O.

Well this makes me feel better now. I was worried I was doomed because a lot of the successful sways I have read a lot of the women said they were really dry when they conceived.

This was totally my case when I conceived both boys. I would literally just finish AF and EWCM would start....like day 5-6 of my cycle.

I am the same way with CM, I get it for a solid week before I ovulate. I have two boys. We tried this cycle and I was on the Le diet for a couple weeks (nothing too long, but fairly strict), but I did notice my CM was much LESS plentiful (only 1-2 days of it before ovulation...today) and was less in quantity. If I wasn't "paying attention" to it, I would think it wasn't changing much either. But as I am comparing it, it is definitely different. So maybe yours is changing more subtly and that is why it doesn't seem any different. Especially if you have been on the diet for a long time, it might be hard to see the very subtle shifts in CM.

I also think that for those who don't see a lot of changes on CM than you can depend more on the Rephresh and zyrtec than those who have dried up CM through diet.
