Hi All,
I was debating trying EPO this cycle. I am CD 4 and this is the last cycle before I try next cycle. I was just wondering what folks' experiences were?
Did it delay O? How many days?
Do you think it really helped with ph and cm or not?
I am already taking:
One A Day
Vit D
gelatin
fish (krill) oil
folic acid
I am also going back and forth on green tea. Any input on that too is helpful.
Thanks all!

I tried EPO for a couple cycles and I didn't like it, it delayed O by a couple of days and it dried me up so I switched to fertile cm instead and that seemed to work for me. I think green tea is a good idea, I drank it AF-O 2-3 cups per day. Its trial and error though, if you want to try EPO it may work out good for you

Thanks D, maybe I'll just try the tea this cycle and see what it does

You're welcome, I also think with any supplements you take it has the potential to mess with your cycle a little bit until your body gets use to it, but thats just my opinion. Trying the green tea is a good idea :)

The interesting thing about EPO vs. Fertile CM/arginine/flaxseed is that some people seem to have great results with one, while the other dries them up. Unfortunately there's no way to predict what category you fall into until you try them both.
If you stop the EPO a day or two before O, it shouldn't delay O by too much if at all.
Green tea got me DS 3! Just be sure you're taking at least 2000 mcg of folic.

Thanks all, trying the green tea mixed with a flavored herbal zinger because I don't like tea and I am making it cold. So far not noticing more cm really, we'll see...
