Here's an article about foods to eat if you suffer from PCOS:

And here's an article claiming that Victoria Beckham suffers from PCOS and ate those foods in order to conceive (her dd):

Her doctors also advised her to gain weight and change her diet. Victoria has taken her doctor's advice and has changed her diet to include more carbs and is reportedly eating foods and taking supplements to aid in conceiving a daughter.

OK, now clearly we do not know if this is accurate information. She could have conceived her DD through IVF/MS/PGD or naturally, we do not know. But let's just say that this is true, that she ate this diet for PCOS and conceived a girl. Do you think some of the foods are "girl diet" friendly such as red raspberry leaf tea? Or others such as keeping your blood sugar stable?
