Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was dairy free to begin with, but cut out all meat, ate tons of salad and had 2 meals a day.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Only 3 weeks...YIKES!!! I figured since I was 37 I should get this train moving, but didn't think it would happen the first month trying.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
The same. I made more chicken for him than red meat.

Any Diet Details?
It was groundhog day in this house. I ate pretty much the same things every day.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I liked the le diet and was full most of the time on it. I couldn't believe that 2 meals could do that to me.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I think my bmi was 22 and I'm 5 feet 10.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I lost about 7 lbs in three weeks on the diet.

I only took one Zyrtex the morning of my attempt. I just stopped nursing and had no idea when o would come. I used a fertility monitor and took it the morning I got the egg and dtd that night.

No.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
No. But I'm praying a lot!!
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I feel good because I lost a good amount of weight. In the 2ww I lost even more weight and stayed very strict on the diet. Everyone noticed my weight loss!!!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I didn't use Rephresh. And I got pregnant my first month trying. Atomic said I probably wouldn't which makes me think I didn't do enough to lower my fertility.
Things worth mentioning:
It was my first cycle since I stopped bfing my son. I was unclear about how it was going to go. But here I am 5 weeks pregnant with my fingers crossed.
