It is called agnus castus, you can get it in Holland and Barrett.

You don't need anything stronger than 400 mg you can take it up to 3 times a day! I only took two capsules together in the mornings.

I got mine off eBay from a fertility seller! :)

I also had used a tincture my mom brought me when she visited from the US (I'm American in the UK.)
It was much stronger.

I got the tinture in holland and barrett, the last time i was ttc, maybe they still have it...
