Yes that's the one I used! I took 2 together in the morning.. I read it absorbs best then.

Atomic i am trying to do LE diet. I hardly eat meat. No snacking. I am on day 6 of Vitex and my head hurts :(

A couple of people have reported headaches on Vitex - if it continues you may need to drop it.

I took vitex with 2 of my boys (but I was always gaining weight and eating a lot (including meat).... so I wouldn't put all of my eggs in the vitex basket. I would say it was weight lost, LE diet, and lowering testosterone this time. I also used aci-jel time this too and only BD once. Husband did FR 7 days before our one attempt.

I also got 1 boy taking vitex. Got a girl too, but def. not a magic bullet.
