Hi, I am researching and compiling a list of what to eat during my sway, but I'm really confused about carbs. I have PCOS and have read that eating carbs might make it worse. However, at the moment my cycles are pretty textbook, and similar to what I conceived ds2 with, so I must be ovulating, which makes me wonder if my PCOS is under control at the moment. Does anyone have any recomendations of what kinds of food I can actually eat on a day to day basis with PCOS? I am wondering if wholegrain pasta and brown rice would be ok to eat instead of the white stuff which could raise my blood sugar levels.
