To those who are/have swayed blue, did you still take a prenatal even though it has the calcium, or did you take the folic acid on its own, or?
I know calcium isnt proven to sway, but I had DD with lots of calcium in my diet so I am trying to change things up.
Just wondering what you all did about the prenatal?

A prenatal is recommended because more nutrients sway blue.

Ds 3 and 4 I was taking a vitamin with 500 mg calcium, 50 mg mag, and also taking 1000 mg Vit. D. With DS 4 I was taking an additional 150 mg mag, 500 mg calcium, and 1200 mg Vit. D (sorry it appeared I had been interrupted when I answered this before.
