A Question about RepHresh

I want to know if i use RepHresh and after BD my PH is very high do i do a lime douche or more RepHresh? Do i need to keep PH down?

I did RepHresh then waited to BD until 8 hrs later, which is Atomics advice.
You should be fine. Lime douches can kill all the sperm.

No don't use lime as it will raise ph. I used repHresh every 3 days and then a 1/2 app 12 hours before my sway. My ph went up a bit but really didn't worry about it as I don't think pH sways as much as we think it does. I didn't check my ph that much either. Just let repHresh do it's job. It will
Combine with everything it comes into contact with and make ph around 4.5. If u check ph soon after bd then it will be high cause dh's sperm have to be 7 or higher doesn't sperm to stay alive. But up near cervix the repHresh will

Thanks Ladies i was just scared me&DH PH will be sky high after BD which it always is! So if i use the RepHresh hopefully i will be ok. I was using lime 5min after BD for months now but i guess i killed all the sperm LOL. Plus i have a short LP (due to breastfeeding my 1yr old). How much RePHresh do i use after coming off my cycle? I am so happy to say i started my Vitex and it came in the mail on the day of my period strange LOL so here's to CD 1 :pinksperm:!

I was using lime 5min after BD for months now but i guess i killed all the sperm LOL. Plus i have a short LP (due to breastfeeding my 1yr old). How much RePHresh do i use after coming off my cycle? I used one full tube as soon as I get my +opk and BD 8 hrs later.
MAKE SURE you hop off Vitex right before your pos opk or you won't ovulate on time.

The RepHresh will react with the semen to bring the pH down and this should happen instantaneously.

DON'T do lime douche with RepHresh because it may cause a pH spike - RepHresh is designed to keep pH at 4.5-5 and so if you shoot a bunch of lime with pH 2 up there, it may react with the RepHresh to trigger a spike.

Most peopel have been using 1/2-1 tube every three days starting after AF and ending 8, 12, or 24 hours before attempt.
