Anything HT beside PGD?

Are there are HT option besides PGD? I have read some about a less effective sperm spinning method. Any info would be greatly appreciated, as PGD is not an option for us.

Sperm spinning isn't used much anymore, most places don't offer it. The reason was it really didn't increase your chance that much.

There is something that is called microsort, which is an advanced kind of sperm spinning technique, then you can have an IUI, but with IUI it was taking people quite a while to get pregnant, so most opt for IVF with PGD or IVF only and take the risk. It is between 80 and 95% accurate (don't quote me, but I think that's the stats).

Microsort is not available in the US though, currently available in Mexico.

You can do IVF with MS in Mexico so there's no biopsy or selecting specific embryos. You up your chances conceiving but no guarantee.
