Has anyone experienced this? Did you end up conceiving a girl?

Yes, several people have experienced this and conceived girls, myself included! :)

I'm finding this too - I'm ALWAYS cold. Is it due just to the weight loss, or or something else?

Yes totally normal. I think it's a good sign. :)

We don't entirely know if it's just weight loss or if there's something hormonal going on.

In general, dieting will make you cold. And skipping breakfast will definitely contribute. Nothing to do with swaying, really, it's cutting calories in general and the slowdown of metabolism that makes you cold. And if you're losing fat you lose insulation too!

Mostly it's metabolism slowdown, which is on the pink sway side but if you google 'diet feeling cold' you'll find people who are trying to lose weight in general by dieting feel colder.

Do you guys this it may have something to do with lack of iron? Not saying you are deficient by any means.
But say if your iron is up in the 50s and they dropped to the 40s (under 20 is deficient ), your body notices the slight change?

Good question! I'm not sure. Anemia has other symptoms like chronic fatigue, but undereating makes you tired too.

I guess it's one of those things you really can't tell unless you get it tested.

Yep I know when my iron is getting lower I start seeing stars everytime I move and all I see is black.

Hmmm. I just thought of throw that in there. Nothing wrong with a nice bowl of spinach ;) lol

I was always cold while swaying. I would shake in bed at night and have to pile extra blankets on me. I'm having a girl.

This is reassuring! I was at relatives yesterday, they were all in t-shirts and I was cold in my woolly jumper. I just can't seem to get warm.
So does it continue for the full sway then? No hope my body might just adjust and I might start to feel a bit warmer?

no, I don't think that's why people are feeling cold. I think it's the weight loss and hormones. I got anemic during my pg and it was SUPER noticeable. I was weak and lightheaded and super tired - like to a weird level.

Well, since we're coming into winter in the N. hemi, I suspect it's going to continue unfortunately.
