TMI - Discharge during pregnancy

Is it normal to have small amounts of discharge during pregnancy? i have some creamy mucus, not smelly or anything - just like normally creamy CM....its not excessive, just a normal sort of amount.....but is that normal during pregnancy? I thought it all went completely dry in there? I can't remember with my DS, and of course i am paranoid about anything going wrong!
