But I think my DH is coming around with doing PGD so I need to do some research and find out what clinics are available and where and what financial support they give. Even though DH said he is willing I don't think I will believe him until we start the process...

If you are a Gender Dreaming member, there is lots of info on clinics etc in the Dream Member High Tech section. It largely depends on where in the world you live.

As far as financial support offered by clinics- don't expect to find much. Almost all clinics require you to pay up front in full for your entire cycle. Some lucky ladies have insurance that covers either IVF or the meds or testing. But lots of us just have to get creative with credit cards, etc. Clinics definitely vary greatly in their cycle costs. HRC in CA is very competitive in their pricing at $11,200 per cycle (including PGD). Some clinics are $20K a cycle. Meds seem to average around $3K with the upper end being $5K/$6K.

Like I said. Lots of info I. The dream member section. GL!!

Would love to help but you'll have to rely on savings, credit card or some other financing.

Booo to them for not helping! I am in Canada but it will be either in my country Cyprus or the US like Michigan or New York. I am just doing some research to see what I can come up with as far as clinics :)

You won't be able to cycle in Canada because it is illegal there. The other places you mention are fine but I would choose the US over Cyprus since you are right here.
