I drunk peppermint tea with equal (fake sugar) in it. I increased calcium.

Preseed, BD every second day. I was eating a lot of dried fruit.
Things worth mentioning:
We concieved in spring but it was still really cold. I also found out I had CIN3 the month we conceived. (not sure if that make a difference but I have now had that removed.)
