I always thought it was pretty safe to take. I just heard from a friend that it could cause issues. Anyone else have any info?

It's a Class B but I think with any drug there is always a risk.

I Googled it real quick and some of the stuff they are talking about seems a little like speculation. Like the heart arrhythmia - I have a heart arrhythmia and my mom never took Zofran. So it may be totally unrelated to Zofran and just one of those things.

I used it for both my boys and they are fine. I only used it a few times during the 1st trimester and have used it with this pregnancy as well.
