12 weeks Girl or Boy? Scan person said maybe Girl! What do you think?

Hey folks,

12 week scan today and had no idea about nubs or skull shape prediction until today.

The scan guy said that looking at nub, he thinks it could be a girl but early days yet. Maybe the nub is not showing in pictures and someone could have a guess on skull shape as bottom picture is quite clear.

New to the forum, just found it on a google search so Hello everyone!

What do you think?

I had to link the picture as when I attached it, it just showed up as a little thumbnail to me that I couldn't click to make bigger. It might be cause of my low post count that I couldn't view attachments so will add it again. :-)

Hi i think a girl too. The nub looks like its in a straight line and the skull theory looks girly to me. Congrats x

I did think that could be too, but noticed the spine is slightly up too, making it sort of horizontal to the nub.

Will find out in a few weeks.

They supplied another picture with scan pictures that I can't tell what angle it is and what I'm looking at?
Does anyone have any ideas please?

Thanks ELP, I've no idea but the fact the nurse supplied it as one of the pictures, makes me think its something I'd want to keep as a picture.

Yes, looks like babys face! I only know because my sister had a scan today and had the very same sort of close up-I spent about 10 mins looking for a nub or a potty shot until I looked from further away and it had eyes, nose and a mouth!
