Bad Constipation - TTC Girl - any Tips?!

Hi All

I have startted follwoing the diet and taking my supps including Chiotsan but over the last few days had really bad constipation which has been awful. I have tried upping my drinking water too, has anyone else had this and any tips on what to take?

Are you eating a lot of salad? Just from my own experience, I had the opposite effect. I was eating so much lettuce, I couldn't stop going to the bathroom. Maybe add more ruffage...just a thought.
