Can Vitex keep causing + OPK for days?

I got a smiley Clear Blue OPK Friday night. Then Saturday night got a + OPK on a cheap OPK. But then today got a + OPK tthis afternoon on cheap OPK. I stopped the Vitex last time i took it was Thursday night. Could the Vitex be causing all these + OPK for days now?

My answer to this....Ohhhh ya! Many women have reported that on here. Make sure you hop off about 5 days before you expect O! :)

I'm experiencing the same thing.
I quit the vitex on CD11 anticipating ovualtion on CD14. Got smileys on CD14, 15 & 16? I usually get 2 days of smileys but for whatever reason, this time it's three? Not sure what's going on.

Hope we both find answers and that they end up in BFPs ;)

Butterfly spirit wow i thought i had to get off it at the 1st + OPK. I got off it the day before smiley OPK. I am breastfeeding and have a short LP. LONG cycles like 37 days and wouldn't O till like CD 29! Now Vitex(miracle O cure LOL) I O if i go by the 1st clear blue smiley Fri. CD 18-19! Fri&Sat. i had all the signs of O the pain and EWCM which i was taking Zyrtec and notice a decrease in it. We BD Thurs. night then Early Mon Am. I am just confused how today i got a + OPK again, i wonder if it delay O. But i am having a little O pain but not as much as i did Saturday and way less EWCM.

I just read something that said you should count 12 - 36 hrs after your LAST positive opk for ovulation. And that some people catch the surge going up, and then again coming down. Kind of makes sense I guess!

Beadin i thought they say you go by the 1st + OPK. And not to really test after that but i did days later cause i was curious to see what it would say LOL.

I had a loss and afterwards my opks were darkening then lightening.. and so I figured my body was haywire and I had to hop off Vitex, and sure enough one week later I got my + O and I think it lasted 3 days.

No, I'm sorry but it's the FIRST positive OPK.

Atomic i didn't temp that good this cycle. Fri i had O pain some EWCM (not a while lot like i usually do thanks to Zyrtec)
it was left ovary pain. Then Tues i had right ovary pain some EWCM early in the day then that night it turn to creamy. Wed. OPK was getting lighter then got a yeast infection i think from over using RePhresh like every 2 days:oops:.

It was just something I had read on a site. The first pos opk is what I've always heard & I guess it is, because I ended up calling Clearblue Easy & they said you should go by the first one, but if that's the case I think ovulated a day or two before FF is saying I did. I don't even care at this point, I'm just so happy I got cross hairs this month!


ETA: Oops! After I posted this, I realized FF changed my O day to the day before the original day they had given me, so it def makes sense to me now that it would be the 1st pos.

Then I would assume you did O and just go off that. OPK are helpful, but can be confusing sometimes.
