Skull Theory Guesses?

Hey Everyone! Went for an ultrasound to check up on some issues and we were going to find out but baby's butt was down and couldn't get a shot.

We did get a fantastic profile shot and was wondering if anyone had skull theory guesses?

Its a 16 week scan!
