u/s at 15 wks- boy or girl???

the first one is a "nub" shot at 14 wks, any guesses?? Skull theory guesses?

the next two are the ones I had at 15 wks, not believing what the u/s tech said because we went to one of those places in the mall and I'm not sure how experienced or good she is. I know that we all can have "nubs" up until 18 wks or so, and that u/s can often be wrong before then too. I just wonder if the u/s tech is seeing the umbilical cord?

My 2nd baby had a wrong gender guess at 16 wks. They said boy....... and then not sure like 5 mins later at that u/s. I had to come back a week later at 17 wks and they said for sure girl. So I am hesitant to really believe this early that we actually got the sex right at 15 wks. That second picture, is that the umbilical cord??? lol I've seen a pic on here where it was part of the baby's leg and it had the dots, but looked like a turtle.....

I go in next wed at 17 wks to confirm the sex at my dr's office. Thanks!!!

Looks like a boy to me...we found out with my son last time at 15 weeks at an elective place and they were 100% right.

thanks everyone, we will find out in 6 more days on the 17th if it is indeed a boy! I will try and update after that u/s! I am thinking 90% boy now, but leaving that small window open for if it's a mistake this early on at 15 wks and is a girl. If you've ever had a gender misdiagnosed, you get a little leary of guesses this early on- that's how I feel about it. This was my earliest u/s out of all the other pg's at 15 wks. The earliest before that was 16 wks!

seriously though, is there any shot this could be a girl, even 1%?! lol I was really feeling that this was a girl... I was right on all my other 3 kids before the u/s! The skull theory that I've read looks like a girl in my first u/s pic at 14 wks, the skull is really round and jaw is kind of pointy. The last u/s pic doesn't look like a boy to me but the one with the 3 dots does look a little like a turtle...

We find out in 4 more days if the 17 wk u/s shows anything.... I am dying!!!!! :nails:

oh it's not what I wanted, it's what I've felt we were going to have even back before ttc. I had thoughts of a girl come to me before even ttc #4 and knew that's what we were going to have. I've been right with the mother's intuition with all 3 of my kids before the gender u/s and it's just hard to maybe accept the fact that this time I might be wrong!! lol This is the last one for us though and if it's a boy, then I was right with 3 out of 4! :highfive:
