After 4 girls desperate for a boy. Just failed ivf 5

I was so relieved to find a site that shared the same concerns and interests as I. I have 4 girls. I have tried desperately to have a boy five times via ivf With pgd. I am very depressed this week cause I was supposed to have my transfer this past monday but it was cancelled last minute because the results of my pgd were not good. I have 17 eggs retrieved. 15 mature. 9 fertilized. Three of them were boys but all three has chromosome problems so I had nothing to transfer and nothing to freeze. I am with dr licciardi at nyu. I opted for a day 3 fresh transfer but he said if and when u decide to go again he recommends fet after a day 5 biopsy. Has anyone done this? I have not been successful in the past with frozen transfers both failed. Do u know of any centers that can do a fresh day 6 transfer? Please help? I should add that I can't get pregnant naturally cause I had two ectopics previously that left me tubeless.

Hibthere. I'm sorry about your NT. yes, we have several that are using day 5 biopsies due to all the false positives with day 3 testing. Day 6 fresh or a planned FESt are your two options.

Hi M- have you been with Dr. Liccardi for all your cycles? If you are open to change , which it sounds like you are, RMA will do day 5 biopsy with day 6 transfer.

Actually This is the first time I went to De Liccardi. I was recommended to him by a friend. I was at American Fertility before with Dr Vidali and East Coast Fertility with Dr Stern. In east Coast I ended up in Hospital From severe OHSS froze everything and had two separate transfers that didnt stick. I really wanted a fresh transfer. Where is RMA? Who can you reccommend? Would appreciate any insight. Thanks

I can recommend Dr Potter at HRC Newport Beach. He is a gender specialist and offers Day 3 Natera with day 5 fresh tf, or day 5 aCGH testing with day 6 fresh tf. Next year try will be commencing day 5 Natera with day 6 fresh tf. He offers a discounted cycle and free initial consult (Skype or in person) to Gender Dreaming dream members.

Hi - well, I think if you are unwilling to travel, RMA would be a good option. There have been success stories with Dr. Grunfeld, although Dr. Cooperman is supposedly very good too.

Thank you all for your support. I am not sure what I will do now. I have been thru so many meds and I feel like a roller coaster right now. Dont know if I even wanna go thru it again. I spent so much money and put my health and sanity at risk so many times I dont know anymore. Maybe I just have to face it that its not meant to be and I should let it go. I did call RMA and made an appt with them for a consult but not sure that I will keep it. Who are u seeing there, I made it with Dr Cooperman on Nov 6th. I really wanted to stay at NYU but I dont want a frozen cycle. Im really not sure anymore :(
