I can't find where it says what to drop first if i'm ttc a girl? DH did FR from AF-O and I used rephresh once and had one zyrtec one day and one the next. We BD'd through O 2-3 each day. What do i give up first? I can't find the sticky. :/
BTW..I'm 35 he's a young 41 and has testosterone through the roof though i'm not sure he has a ton of swimmers. LOL.

That's because we honestly don't know what is best and it is probably different for every individual couple anyway.
I would drop FR and keep everything else the same - you didn't use a ton of Zyrtec or RepHresh and you BD quite a bit, so my guess would be the FR was too much for the swimmers.

So if you drop fr how often do we do it? Wouldn't every other encourage boys?

Frequency just doesn't sway that much. Many of us got our girls by BD in boy frequency (myself included).

Think I've just found the answer to my question! Would FR for say, 5 days reduce a little or is this pointless? x

I don't think it sways blue, at worst it would be neutral, so if you'd like to give it a go and then culminate in a release AND an attempt on the 6th day, that could be a good compromise.
If he were able to pull the trigger twice a day, even better. In that case you could prob. go ahead with just your attempt on the 6th day, if that makes sense.

You want him to be depleted, but still have some troops at the ready.

Thanks Atomic! Think we'll give this a try. As I keep reading, I'll never have the chance of DD if I can't get pg!

That is one of my cardinal rules of swaying! :)
